Launch & Booking

Sources inside the auto industry suggest that bookings for the Deepal S05 will start in November 2025, with deliveries expected early next year.
Initially, the SUV will be showcased in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad showrooms as part of Changan’s green mobility campaign.

The company is also exploring the possibility of introducing local charging partnerships to support its EV rollout plan.

Why It Matters

Pakistan’s EV segment has seen slow but steady growth, with increasing government support for eco-friendly transport. The arrival of the Deepal S05 may give new competition to existing EV players such as the MG ZS EV and the Hyundai Kona EV, offering a balance of premium build and affordable range.

Auto experts believe that if priced competitively, the Deepal S05 could become one of Pakistan’s most popular mid-range electric SUVs due to its design, battery performance, and safety tech.

“Deepal’s arrival shows how fast the EV ecosystem is evolving in Pakistan. The S05 has the potential to reshape consumer interest,” said an auto analyst from Karachi.

Final Word

The Deepal S05 marks a new chapter for Pakistan’s electric mobility future. With its futuristic design, powerful battery, and advanced smart features, the SUV is expected to attract young urban buyers who want a mix of luxury and sustainability.
