Main Job Responsibilities

• Director Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Lead clinical governance, patient safety and hospital quality programs.
  • Oversee accreditation, regulatory compliance and hospital performance audits.​
• GM Procurement & Supply Chain
  • Plan and manage procurement strategies; ensure PPRA compliance.
  • Handle tendering, vendor selection, contracts, warehousing and inventory control.​
• Assistant Engineer / Architect
  • Supervise construction sites, quality checks and contractor work.
  • Support design review, cost control and implementation of EPC contracts.​
• Drivers & Naib Qasid / Office Boy
  • Provide safe transport services, vehicle care and record‑keeping (Drivers).
  • Support office cleaning, document movement and basic administrative tasks (Naib Qasid).

🎓 Required Qualification

• MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health, Management Sciences, or Social Sciences
• Degree must be duly recognised by PMDC and HEC
• Higher qualifications will be given preference

💼 Experience & Skills Required (Revised Criteria)

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification, verifiable experience in:
  • Project Management
  • Administration
  • Financial Management
• Strong understanding of Public Sector Rules & Regulations, including:
  • PPRA Rules
  • GFR
• Preference for candidates with experience in Health and Development Sector Projects

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise all operational components of the Hepatitis C Elimination Project.
• Coordinate with federal and provincial health departments for smooth project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with government policies, financial rules, and project audit guidelines.
• Monitor project progress and submit periodic technical and financial reports.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation as per PPRA and GFR.
• Ensure timely achievement of project targets and evaluation benchmarks.
• Manage project teams and guide field units in health-related interventions.
