Pakistan Rangers Punjab Online Apply 2025 – Registration and Apply Guide

Pakistan Rangers Punjab has officially announced 598 sepoy vacancies for 2025. Pakistan Rangers Punjab Online Apply is now officially started for the recruitment of multiple general duty sepoy across the country.

These permanent government positions are open to male candidates from all provinces of Pakistan. Applicants with Middle to Matric education and an age range of 18 to 30 years are eligible to apply. The last date to submit applications is 27 August 2025, and all submissions must be made online through the official website.

Required Documents

Candidates will provide the following documents at the initial registration:

• All original educational certificates and diplomas, including two photocopies of degrees (if the education is 8th grade, the school leaving certificate must be attested by the concerned District Education Officer).
• Original identity card issued by NADRA including 2 photocopies
• Original Domicile / PRC with 2 photocopies
• 4 attested passport-sized color photocopies of Applicant.
• Candidates who are already working in any government or semi-government department will have to provide NOC certificate from the Head of Department at the time of initial registration. Entries will be denied without NOC.

Eligibility Criteria

Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be eligible for recruitment.

Education:

The minimum education requirement for general duty is a medal, while preference will be given to those with matriculation or higher education.

Age limit:

• Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age as on October 31, 2025.
• Candidates below 18 years of age and above 30 years of age will not be recruited.
• General age relaxation of 5 years is granted as per Government rules.
• Preference will be given to individuals between the ages of 18 and 22 in the final selection.

Physical Standards:

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 6 inches. Those who are taller will be given preference in the final selection.
• Chest: 33 inches with 1.5 inch expansion is required
• Weight: 121 pounds minimum (Overweight people will not be given preference).

Not Eligible Candidates

Candidates with mentioned below criteria will not be eligible for recruitment:

• Any candidate who has been dismissed from Pakistan Rangers or any government institution on disciplinary grounds will be considered ineligible for recruitment.
• Candidates declared guilty by a court of law.
• Candidates declared unfit on the basis of medical examination by Pakistan Rangers or any other organization.
• Candidates dismissed from any government organization on the basis of fake educational credentials or fraud.

How to Apply for Pakistan Rangers Punjab Online Apply Jobs 2025

1. Open your browser and type: pakistanrangers.punjab.gov.pk/applyonline.html
2. Scroll down the page and click on the Apply Online button.
3. The application form will appear. Fill it carefully to complete your online registration.
4. First, select your gender and selection center from the given options.
5. Choose your domicile district accurately.
6. If you are an ex-serviceman, select your previous department and rank. If not, leave these fields blank.
7. Enter your full name and your father’s name.
8. Write your CNIC number and select your date of birth.
9. Choose your education level from the list.
10. Enter your height and weight as required.
11. Select your Tehsil, then write your permanent and temporary address.
12. Provide your contact number and also enter your guardian or parent’s phone number.
13. From the dropdown menu, select if you have any relation with a Pakistan Rangers shaheed, serving, or retired person.
14. If you have any special skills, select them from the list.
15. Click on Register to submit your application.
16. After registration, go back and click on Print to download your roll number slip.
17. Enter your CNIC number again, and your slip will be ready to download and print.

Selection Process

Selection process will be done through these steps:

• Physical Test: Candidates should bring jogger shoes for physical test.
• Written Test: Candidates should bring the necessary equipment used in the written examination, such as pen, etc.
• Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for psychological test/ interview.
• Final Selection: The final selection will be made at the headquarters of Pakistan Rangers (Punjab), Lahore, according to the qualifications and criteria.
• Medical Test: The final and detailed medical examination will be held at Pakistan Rangers Academy Hospital, Mandi Bahauddin.
• Call Letter: Candidates who pass their medical examination will be issued a call letter to join the training.
• Training: Shortlisted candidates will be called for basic training at Pakistan Rangers Academy, Mandi Bahauddin.

Medical Tests

During the medical examination, candidates will go through several tests, including a chest X-ray, complete blood work, ESR, serum creatinine, serum ALT, hepatitis B and C screening, HIV test, urine test, ECG, blood group and sugar test, ultrasound of the gastrointestinal tract, psychological evaluation, HB electrophoresis, and LDH blood serum analysis.

Salary and Benefits

• Basic Pay Scale of Soldier General duty is BPS-05.
• Medical, and other allowances will be given according to prevailing laws.
• Free accommodation and house rent allowance for married persons will be given at the rate of 30 or 40 percent of the basic pay scale.
• During recruitment no TA/DA will be admissible.

Recruitment Centers

After registration, candidates will appear for medical examination, physical and written test at their chosen character registration center on the date mentioned on the slip given online at 8:00 AM. The team of the department will conduct registration at the centers as per the given program for the recruitment.

• The final selection rests solely with the Director General of Pakistan Rangers Punjab. Therefore, no Ranger or government employee should be contacted regarding the recruitment process.
• This recruitment will remain provisional until all submitted documents are verified and final approval is granted by the competent authority.
• If any candidate is found to have submitted fake documents, they will be removed from the recruitment process, and legal action will be taken.
• No recommendations or outside influence will be accepted at any stage.
• Any candidate found cheating or using illegal methods during the screening test will be immediately disqualified.
